SUMMARY:

Works with employees and vendors to insure the physical safety and security of the dealership’s personnel, facility, inventory, machinery and any and all equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Greets all drivers and becomes familiar with regular visitors.
2. Observe all vehicles entering and exiting the premises
3. Communicates accurately and clearly with all visitors.
4. Ask questions and document information in order to give instructions to visitors.
5. Moves furniture, equipment and vehicles as needed.
6. Read basic maps, follow written instructions and multiple directions (written and verbal), and handle multiple situations that may arise.
7. Maintains harmonious and cooperative working relationships.
