As a Regional Credit Approverat First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Credit team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:
Supports assigned PCs by spending time in each PC office. Takes part in early discussions of credit opportunities and provides guidance to Relationship Bankers.
Meets directly with customers and participates in site visits.
Actively manages the Pre-Flight process and ensures Pre-Flights are well documented.
Mentors less experienced Bankers and Credit Analysts.
Assists with developing policies and procedures.
Provides input, with regard to credit risk, on new products.
Is member of and actively participates in Senior Loan Committee.
May participate in or lead other committees/working groups as well.
Participate in or lead special projects as assigned by CCO.
Manages internal and external reviews/audits of assigned portfolios.
