What You Will Do:
Performs operational support duties, inclusive of the timely and accurate review and processing of periodic requests.
Independently prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established SLAs.
Maintain document imaging using FCM and consistent indexing and filing
Verify various new customers, new accounts and maintenance reports
Follow up with offices to ensure documentation is received for reports as-needed
Assist with CRM cases from external offices on various requests
What You Bring:
Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization
General knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree, Business administration, finance or accounting (or equivalent professional experience) Preferred

1-3 years, Bank deposit operations and/or services is preferred. Required

Pay Range: $24.24 - $31.50/HR
