As a Retirement Services Associate at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Retirement Services team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:
Assist Relationship Managers for regularly scheduled meetings to review overall plan services, vendor alignment, investments, plan design, employee communication, education, expenses, etc.
Assist with preparation of investment analysis for clients on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis (as determined by the Relationship Manager)
Assist Relationship Managers with reviewing revenue and expenses and ensuring that revenue (commissions and fees) are paid on a timely basis
Assist in coordinate all events.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro
Ability to provide high level of customer service with Internal Clients and members of the Finance/Accounting team
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
The ability to think critically and be a "quick study" on systems and processes
Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred
1-3 years Experience working in a professional office setting Preferred

Pay Range: $24.24 - $31.50/HR
Job Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt
