Job Description
Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Janitorial Maintenance Lead, employee is responsible for maintaining the establishment in a clean and orderly condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform any combination of tasks to maintain establishment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as operating motor-driven cleaning equipment, mopping floors, cleaning lavatories, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish.
- Perform routine maintenance activities; notify management of needed repairs and additions, and cleaning sidewalks.
- Duties may involve repairing electrical and/or mechanical equipment, carpentry and electrical work
- Planning and laying out work relating to repairs, installing, aligning and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floors, carpet etc.
- Act as a runner when buying supplies.
- Must understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations.
- The Casino is 24 hrs. 7 days a week operation and may be required to work any or all shifts.
- Other job duties may be assigned.
