A. Course Objective:
Description: From engine diagnosis and repair to electrical fundamentals, steering and alignment, and brakes, cover the basics of auto mechanics.


Competencies to be achieved: Upon successful completion of the Automotive Mechanics Certificate program, the learner will be able to:
• Diagnose and repair or replace engines and components
• Diagnose and repair or replace electrical and electronic systems and components
• Diagnose and repair or replace steering and suspension systems and components
• Diagnose and repair or replace brake systems and components
