Description

Project Management Program (PMP/CAPM) with Agile Scrum program provides the skills that are necessary to participate in the implementation of large project. Project Management certification demonstrates to the employer that the person is capable of helping and supporting in the planning and implementation of the project using standardized PMI terminology and methodology and tools of project management. It also provides the knowledge and skills necessary for Project Management Institute’s®  PMP® as well as CAPM® certification. The Project Management Professional® certification acknowledges candidates who are skilled at managing the people, processes, and business priorities of professional projects. As a bonus we also cover Generative Artificial Intelligence Overview for Project Managers.

The program covers project management good practices as outlined in PMBOK® of PMI Institute, including the terms and concepts of Project Knowledge Areas. We cover the topics of – Organization, constraints and projects, the process framework, Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Project Resource Management, Communications Management, Project Risk Management, Procurement Management, Stakeholder Management, Professional Responsibility.

In Addition, we provide our students with competitive edge by teaching them principles of Agile and Scrum. Our students will know the concepts of Agile and Scrum to guide teams and projects. We teach you about Agile Scrum Framework and 3 pillars of Scrum - Adaptation, Transparency and Inspection. And the 5 values of framework: respect, courage, openness, commitment and focus

The classes are instructor led and allow for hands-on practice. Our students work in groups and create Project Portfolio artifacts that help in job search. Graduates receive program completion certificate. On Completion – we assist students with the PMI application process to take either PMP or CAPM exam. We also assist our students with job search – helping create resumes, cover letters and helping them network with employers.

The completion of this training and PMI certification can lead to jobs such as assistant project manager, project coordinator on the entry level side and as project manager,  IT project manager, program manager, and project director on senior level.

According to Project Management Institute, PMI® , across the globe, there’s a widening gap between employers’ need for skilled project management workers and the availability of professionals to fill those roles. As opportunities are growing, much of the available talent is reaching retirement age. These factors are creating an extraordinarily positive jobs outlook for skilled project professionals. By 2027, employers will need 87.7 million individuals working in project management-oriented roles.
