Description
A. Course Objective: Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with tanker and doubles/triples training and endorsement prep.
Description: The CDL Commercial Truck Driver Certificate program is designed to provide each student with a basic knowledge of the requirements for a Class A or B CDL Certificate
Competencies to be achieved: The program is structured to provide each student with sufficient behind-the-wheel driving time for development of practical skills necessary to attain a Class A commercial driver’s license. Successful completion of this program qualifies graduates for an entry-level position into the trucking industry. All successful graduates will receive Job Placement services in all types of jobs in the transportation field, including local, regional, and national jobs.
Requirements: Complete and pass 160 hours of training (80 hours Theory/Knowledge & 80 hours Basic Control Skills/Behind The Wheel Public Roadway)
