Description
A. Course Objective: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) Foundation is a comprehensive framework, on which IT Processes are composed within an IT organization. The Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation) serves as proof that the person possessing the certificate understands various processes and relations between them. The objective of the ITIL Foundation course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and help prepare for the ITIL Foundation Exam. It is a 3 day course and the test is administered on the 3rd day. The class is intended for IT Professionals.
