IT Project Management with Agile Scrum


This program is designed to teach IT pros the entry-level skills they need to successfully manage small to medium-sized projects. This training program covers the methodologies, frameworks and Agile skills necessary to efficiently manage and deliver IT projects while also taking important subjects of change management and compliance into consideration.


This training is ideal for professionals who want to begin professional career in IT Project Management. Students get skills in handling less-complex projects. They get skills in managing the project life cycle, while also ensuring appropriate communication, managing resources and maintaining project documentation.


This program is aligned with CompTIA Project+ certification. CompTIA Project+ certification is for lifetime. That means once you are Project+ certified, you won’t ever need to renew your certification. Instead, you can focus on building your knowledge and advancing your career.


In this course we cover essential project management concepts beyond the scope of just one methodology or framework.


This course teaches you skills in


A. Project Basics – In this module we cover the properties of project, phases, schedules, roles and responsibilities, and cost controls, as well as the basic aspects of Agile methodology


B. Project Constraints – In this module we cover the impact of various constraint variables and influences throughout the project. We also cover risk , risk strategies and activities. C. Communication and Change Management – In this module we cover communication methods of influence and change control processes within the context of a project.


D. Project Tools and Documentation – In this module we cover various project management tools and project and partner-centric documentation.

This training program prepares you for the jobs of IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, IT Support Manager, Business Analyst and IT Manager.


Prerequisites – High School Diploma or GED required and relevant experience.

Certification Exam can be taken at any Pearson Vue Testing Center. Test Fees:$600


H. Refund Policy:
Refund is based on program and percentage of refund. No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund to the party paying (Workforce agency or student). An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after signing an enrollment agreement and before the start of classes is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less the registration fee of $200. A student choosing to withdraw from the school after the commencement of classes is to provide written notice. After the commencement of classes, the tuition refund (less the registration fee, of $200) amount shall be determined as follows based on program completion: Less than 10% – 90% Tuition Refund; More than 10% and less than or equal to 20% – Tuition Refund 80%; More than 20% and less than or equal to 30% -Tuition Refund 70%; More than 30% and less than or equal to 40% – Refund is 60%; More than 40% and less than or equal to 50% -Refund is 50%; More than 50% – No Tuition is refunded. There is no refund for equipment, books and supplies received by the student from the school.
