Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional with Agile Scrum teaches students the principles of Six Sigma and Lean as well as adaptive planning using agile scrum. The participants can apply those skills to find jobs in an organization to achieve quality and eliminate waste. The course prepares students for ASQ Green Belt Certification
This Program covers in detail the practices and systems used for identifying and preventing ‘defects’ in manufacturing and service-related processes like Banking, Healthcare, Information Technology, Construction and High-Tech Technology. The course covers in detail the methodologies used to identify defects and how to minimize this. This training program provides the student with an overview and in-depth knowledge of the Six Sigma concepts and tools, Six Sigma project deployment best practices and six-sigma project development. The course also covers Agile Scrum Development Methodologies.
Prerequisites – High School Diploma or GED required. A background in basic computers experience is helpful when taking this class. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and related projects experience is helpful. Three years of work experience is helpful. On successful completion of program students receive Program Completion Certificate. In addition the students are able to identify and recognize key attributes of a successful Six Sigma program. They learn about Lean Thinking and how to deploy Lean and Six Sigma in Organizations. Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ requires that the candidate has three years of work experience in the related areas.

Refund Policy Summary: No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund to the party paying(Workforce agency or student). An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after signing an enrollment agreement and before the start of classes is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less the registration fee of $150. A student choosing to withdraw from the school after the commencement of classes is to provide written notice . After the commencement of classes, the tuition refund (less the registration fee, of $150) amount shall be determined as follows based on program completion: Less than 10% – 90% Tuition Refund; More than 10% and less than or equal to 20% – Tuition Refund 80%; More than 20% and less than or equal to 30% -Tuition Refund 70%; More than 30% and less than or equal to 40% – Refund is 60%;More than 40% and less than or equal to 50% -Refund is 50%;More than 50% – No Tuition is refunded. There is no refund for equipment, books and supplies received by the student from the school.
