Description
Course Objective: The objective of UTI’s Automotive Technology program is to prepare students for entry-level automotive technician positions with the basic knowledge and skills required to diagnose malfunctions in the complete automotive mechanical and electrical systems, and make all necessary repairs and replacements.
Intent: Provide students with the technical education needed to begin a successful career as a technician in the automotive field.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Prerequisites: No prerequisites required
Timeline: 51 weeks
Total Cost of Program: Tuition: $41,915 (Tuition: $41,250, Lab Fee: $195, Registration Fee: $50, $120 Digital Multimeter $300 Lap Top). Tuition includes at least two uniform shirts, safety glasses and books.

Provide a list of all supplies required for the program: A digital multimeter is required and available for purchase at the beginning of the course for $120.
