Description

A. Course Objective: Commercial Driver’s License Refresher 120 hours
Description: MIG4118 – The Refresher Certificate Program is designed
for drivers with prior OTR driving experience within the last 2-3 years and meets current Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) standards.
Student must have a current DOT physical and Arizona CDL Class A permit.
After a brief classroom period, this program is mostly hands-on driving
and designed to re-introduce drivers into the trucking industry, and
includes Job Placement services. Pre-hires are available to those who
qualify. Requirements: Complete and pass 40 hours classroom instruction
and 80 hours Road/Range Prerequisites: Must obtain DOT Physical Card and
Class A Permit prior to starting class. Timeline: 3 Weeks Total Cost of
Program $6,172.00(include all costs to student including testing, licensure):

Physical:  $40.00


Drug Screen Fee:  $62.00
