Program Synopsis
A. Course Objective: Development and guidance for increased secure IT planning, implementation, management and operation.
Description: Increase awareness of Information Technology risks, vulnerabilities, and protection requirements for new and emerging technologies.
Competencies to be achieved:
- CIS 120 INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS (3 cr.)
- CIS 175 COMPUTER SECURITY (3 cr.)
- CIS 180 COMPUTER PROGRAMMING LOCIG (3 cr.)
- CIS 260 INTRODUCTION TO OPERATING SYSTEMS (3 cr.)
