Description
- Course Objective: 120 hour training to become a certified Nurse Assistant
Description: the course consist of 80 hours of didactic instruction and 40 hours of hands on clinical Practice
Competencies to be achieved: As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), key competencies to achieve include: effective communication skills, patient care skills like assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), accurate documentation, basic vital signs measurement, infection control practices, empathy and compassion, attention to detail, ability to respond to emergencies, understanding of medical terminology, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards; all while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
