provides 1600 hours of extensive hands-on learning to provide you a
complete understanding of beauty and wellness. Upon completion, you’ll
be prepared to take the practical and theory examinations for The
Arizona State Board of Cosmetology and be ready to succeed as a licensed
cosmetologist, esthetician and nail technician. Each graduate will
receive an Aveda Institute Phoenix diploma, transcript and a state
record of completion. Plant Aromaology™ – 50 hours Chemistry – 60 hours,
Shampooing/Conditioning – 70 hours, Chemical Hair Relaxing/Restructuring
- 70 hours, Anatomy & Physiology – 60 hours, Hair Cutting – 250
hours, Nail Care – 80 hours, Make-up – 100 hours, Permanent
Restructuring – 70 hours, Hair Styling – 140 hours, Hair Coloring – 270
hours, Skin Care – 90 hours, State Rules and Regulations – 90 hours,
Extracurricular Activities – 100 hours, Personal/Career Development -

in the Aveda Institute Phoenix’s program are entitled to a refund of all
monies paid, less the $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Students
who cancel this contract by notifying the school within three (3) days
of contract signing are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and
fees paid, less the non-refundable $50.00 application fee. Refunds are
based on scheduled hours and calculated from the last date of
