Description
A. Course Objective: The Diesel Heavy Truck (DHT) diploma program is
designed to prepare the student for a career in the diesel medium heavy
truck technician industry. Classes combine theory with practical
application of hands on the job skills. All courses include the use of
hand & specialty tools & emphasize equipment & shop safety
procedures. DHT is intended for persons who desire a career inspecting,
diagnosing, servicing, & repairing diesel powered medium & heavy
trucks & buses. The DHT graduate will be qualified for entry level
employment in general diesel medium/heavy truck service positions
working with both computerized & mechanical systems. B. Total Cost
of Program (include all costs to student including testing, licensure):
$24,600 tuition + $40.00 Registration Fee = $24,640 total C. Provide a

of the program, a 100% refund of tuition charges, less $100.00. b. If
10% or less of the total clock hours has been completed, a refund of at
least 90% of the tuition charges for the total clock hours. c. If more
than 10% but less than or equal to 20% of the total clock hours has been
completed, a refund of at least 80% of the tuition charges for the total
clock hours. d. If more than 20% but less than or equal to 30% of the
total clock hours has been completed, a refund of at least 70% of the
tuition charges for the total clock hours. e. If more than 30% but less
than or equal to 40% of the total clock hours has been completed, a
refund of at least 60% of the tuition charges for the total clock hours.
f. If more than 40% but less than or equal to 50% of the total clock
hours has been completed, a refund of at least 50% of the tuition
charges for the total clock hours. g. If more than 50% of the total
clock hours have been completed, no refund will be provided. I.
