A. Course Objective:
Description: Assist in the design, assembly, development, testing, and repair of automation control, electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
Competencies to be achieved: Upon successful completion of the Industrial Technology Level-1 Certificate program, the learner will be able to:
• Use quality and safety standards necessary for the operation, maintenance, and repair of automated equipment
• Configure, calibrate, and operate automated production systems
• Differentiate and troubleshoot automated production systems
