Description
A. Course Objective: Graduates will be prepared to take the final Arizona examination to become a Certified Assisted Living Manager.
Description: The Assisted Living Manager course has been approved by the Arizona Board of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers and is 40 hours in length. The course consists of classroom lecture, either in-person or in a virtual classroom.
Competencies to be achieved: Graduates will demonstrate competency in Resident Services Management, Personnel Management, Medication Management, Legal Management, Financial Management, and Physical Environment Management.
B. Total Cost of Program (include all costs to student including testing, licensure):
$950.00 to CGTI + student is required to pay $300 fee to NCIA for Initial Application and Arizona examination
C. Provide a list of all books required for the program (even if cost of books is included in tuition): 5 CGTI Manuals on competency topics and the Arizona Assisted Living Facility Manager Candidate Handbook.

After class has started there are no refunds.
When class has not started, and the student has notified CGTI of withdrawal in writing:
• Reschedule for another class within 90 days.
• Refund minus $150 admin fee and student supplies cost
• Failure to enroll in another class within 90 days will result in forfeiture of funds paid to CGTI.
