A. Course Objective
Description: Prepare for entry-level positions in shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and flux core arc welding (FCAW).
Competencies to be achieved: Upon successful completion of the Fabrication Welding Certificate program, the learner will be able to:
Students who complete this certificate have demonstrated advanced skills in all aspects of welding, such as structural fabrication, ornamental, and working with exotic metals.
