The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects that employment of human resources specialists will grow by 8% from 2023 to 2033, which is faster than the average for all occupations. About 86,200 openings for human resources specialists are projected each year, on average, over the decade. SHRM certifications can lead to jobs like can lead to various HR-related roles, including HR generalist, HR manager, HR director, and specialized positions like benefits specialist, recruiting specialist. Top earners of these certifications with relevant HR experience can earn between 132 K to 155K per year.

Description: This training prepares candidates for SHRM Certified Professional certification as well as SHRM Senior Certified Professional. On earning this credential the candidate will be viewed as a recognized expert and leader in the HR field. This course not only teaches students facts and figures of Human Resource but also how to effectively implement that knowledge in the workplace each and every day. The training includes the concepts of linking on-the-job scenarios and realistic work situations. The program prepares students for both SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP National Credential from SHRM.org.  The training will cover areas of U.S. Laws and Regulations, People, Organization, Workplace as well as Behavioral Competencies in Leadership and Navigation, Ethical Practices, Interpersonal Cluster, Relationship Management, Global Mindset and Business Acumen.
