Description: Prepare for careers in the rapidly expanding field of IT Support.
Build a foundation for entry-level administration and cybersecurity positions.
Learn the foundational skills and technologies necessary to administer and secure both Windows and Linux environments.
Competencies:
1. Install and configure Windows operating systems and maintain computer hardware components.
2. Configure and manage Linux operating systems including service and file systems permissions.
3. Identify and troubleshoot device and network issues.
