The Google IT Support Professional and IT Fundamentals Certificate was designed to help job seekers without any prior experience start a career with high-growth opportunities.
This Certificate program allows learners a flexible and convenient way to study. It covers topics including troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, systems administration and security — all the fundamentals of IT support that are critical for success in the workplace.

Students will earn a Certificate of Completion for each course upon successful completion.
Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.
