REFUND POLICY
Please note the application fee is non-refundable in any event. If a student has paid for tuition in full prior to the start of the program, the student may be eligible for a refund. Please see the paid in full refund scale below.
Paid in full refund schedule:
Week 1: Refund 75%
Week 2: Refund 50%
Week 3: Refund 25%
Week 4: No refund to be given.
- Full refunds will be issued up until the 3rd day of class. A fee of $150 will be deducted to cover administrative fees. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process which will be mailed via US Mail to the address on file. Please know it is your responsibility to ensure we have the most up to date address on file.
- For students who have engaged in a payment plan but later decide to withdraw, the refund policy is shown below:
Day/Evening Classes
During week 1:
Up to day 3 - Refund the first payment minus $150 admin fee After day 4 -There will be no refunds for that week.
During week 2:
Up to day 3 - Refund 50% of the 1st payment
After day 4 – There will be no refunds for the week.
During week 3:
Up to day 3 - Refund 25% of the payment
After day 4 – There will be no refunds for the week.
During week 4:
There are no refunds at all after week 4.
Weekend Classes
During week 1:
Up to day 3 - Refund the first payment minus $150 admin fee After day 4 -There will be no refunds for that week.
During week 2:
Up to day 3 - Refund 50% of the payment
After day 4 – There will be no refunds for the week.
During week 3:
Up to day 3 - Refund 25% of the payment
After day 4 – There will be no refunds for the week.

Up to day 3 - Refund 10 % of the payment
After day 4 – There will be no refunds for the week.

Fasttrack Classes
During week 1:
