- Background check requirements for licensing and background restrictions for working in the occupation: Must be 18 years old and must have a High School Diploma/GED.
- Other requirements needed: A laptop or tablet is required by the students for textbook access, projects and note taking.

Program Cancellation & Refund Policy
Rejection of Applicant: If an applicant is rejected for enrollment by IMAj Institute, or if a prospective international student has his/her visa application rejected, a full refund of all tuition and monies paid will be made to the applicant.
Program Cancellation: If IMAj Institute cancels a program subsequent to a student’s enrollment, IMAj Institute will refund all monies paid by the student.
Cancellation Prior to the Start of Class or No Show: If a student cancels enrollment prior to the start of scheduled classes or never attends class (is a no-show), IMAj Institute will refund all monies paid, less the registration fee of $200.

The above tuition refund table applies only to tuition fees.
Students will be refunded charges for any unused books or unused portions of student kits and uniforms.
If a student withdraws or is terminated from a program or course after the first week, a $100 termination fee will be assessed to the student.
When determining the number of weeks completed by the student, IMAj Institute will consider a partial week the same as if the whole week were completed, provided the student was present at least one day during the scheduled week.
Students who withdraw from the program will receive a grade of 0% in each class interrupted by the withdrawal. All interrupted classes must be repeated upon readmission to the institution.

It is unusual for a student not to complete the course. After months of training, it is unusual for a student not to test for a license.

Refund Policy
The refund schedule is provided in the Enrollment Agreement, IMAj Institute Catalog & saved to supplementary documents. The refund policy meets the terms required by the Veterans Administration. Any refund due is calculated as a percentage of fees paid based on your time in school.
