Description

A.    Course Objective:  Learn to transition from industry to classroom.
B.    Description:  Teaches new instructors how to how to manage their time, prepare lesson plans, develop assignments and tests, and how to evaluate students.
C.    Competencies to be achieved: 
    Gain a perspective about your new role as an adult learner instructor
    Learn, recognize, and utilize principles of adult learning
    Identify and implement a variety of training methods
    Develop skills in lesson planning and program development
    Determine appropriate evaluation methods for training
