Description
Program Objective: Prepares individuals for employment in plumbing and related industries.
Description: This introductory plumbing curriculum prepares learners for a career as skilled plumbers. It covers the concepts technicians need to safely install, test, maintain, and repair many different types of pipe systems for residential, commercial and public buildings. Coverage of math, drawings, code and other critical knowledges skills ensure learners are set up for job success. Students upon successful completion of this course will receive their NCCER CORE Certification which is a requirement for all NCEER certifications as well as the NCCER Level 1 Plumbing Certificate.
Competencies to be achieved:
- Understanding plumbing systems and materials
- Safety practices in plumbing
- Basic plumbing tools and equipment
- Plumbing code requirements and standards
- Basic construction safety

Refund/Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be granted if a request is made 2 working days prior to the start of class. A 50% refund will be issued if notice is received less than 2 business days prior to class. No refunds will be issued after the first day of class. If a class is canceled due to low registration we will contact you 2 working days prior.
