Course Objective:

Description:

This program includes four courses covering beginner and intermediate Agile concepts. Learners will master the principles of Agile and learn how to manage a successful Agile project management team.

Competencies to be achieved:

Learners will gain an in-depth understanding of the Scrum framework for implementing Agile and learn the specifics on the Scrum workflow. Learners will understand how to navigate Agile and Waterfall integration, as well as how to solve potential communication and collaboration challenges that may arise on their Agile team.

PMI-ACP Exam: $495

Total:  $2,535

PMI-ACP Exam: Cost of the exam is not included in tuition, and the exam cannot be purchased through the ASU CareerCatalyst. As of March 2024, the cost of the PMI-ACP Exam was $435 for PMI members and $495 for non-members.
