Description:
The Project Management Fundamentals Certificate equips learners with the skills needed for a successful career as a Project Management Professional. Learners will explore foundational skills, consider the ethics involved in leading a team, understand the differences between Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and more. By completing this program, learners will gain the hours necessary to sit for the Project Management Professional credentialing exam administered by the Project Management Institute.
Competencies to be achieved:
