Description: Class A CDL Training & Certificate is designed to train entry-level drivers in the Industry of Truck Driving. Truck Driving is always in demand, per the Bureau of Labor Statistics Wage Data & Employment Projections (ADOA-EPS) the industry that is growing over 7% annually in Arizona, with a 10.4% overall growth rate in America. This program provides entry level drivers detailed training to obtaining his/her Class A CDL Permit and Hands On training in Logbooks, Electronic Logs, Map Reading, Trip Planning, Safety Regulations, and much more. Students will learn hands on instruction on Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection, Backing Skills, and will have On-Road Driving skills training. Program is 4 weeks of training (160 hours of training) by specialized Instructors. All WTA programs include Career guidance and assistance and detailed training with the state-of-the-art training materials. Students complete the course with passing grades of 70% or better and pass State Exam to receive their Class A CDL. Students will receive Certificate of Completion and Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Competencies to be achieved: Learn new laws and regulations, driving skills, parking skills, and range skills.

Additional information: • Background check requirements for licensing and background restrictions for working in the occupation: Must pass physical and drug screen. If endorsements, must pass background check. • Other requirements needed: Driver’s license for at least 1 year, no DUIs in the past 5 years, Birth Certificate. Length of Program: 4 Weeks
Refund Policy: If for any reason an applicant is denied admission by the institute, the applicant is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and federal and state holidays) of signing an enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid. No later than 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, the school shall provide the 100% refund. Other Cancellations: An applicant requesting cancellation more than three days after signing an enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, but prior to entering the institute, is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less the registration of $200 and other associated fees $ 00 (nonrefundable physical, drug testing, etc. fees). Tuition charges/refunds: If the school has given you any books or other materials or supplies, you shall return them to the school within 10 days following the date of your notice of cancellation. If you fail to return this equipment, including books, or other materials or supplies in good condition within the 10 day period, the school may deduct its documented cost for the equipment from any refund that may be due you. No Refunds are given after the start of class.
