Description: Digital marketing is about connecting people and brands online. People with careers in this field use display advertising, email, search engines, and other online channels to attract and engage customers, encourage them to make purchases, and build customer loyalty.
Competencies to be achieved:
The Google Project Management Certification program encompasses six courses designed to equip participants with a comprehensive set of competencies essential for success in project management roles. Beginning with the Foundations of Project Management course, learners will grasp fundamental principles, methodologies, and terminology, enabling them to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects effectively. Subsequent courses delve deeper into project planning and execution, guiding participants through the creation of project charters, development of project plans, management of project resources, and implementation of Agile project management practices. The Agile Project Management course provides a focused exploration of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, with an emphasis on Scrum methodology. Finally, the Capstone course offers an opportunity for participants to apply their acquired knowledge and skills to real-world project scenarios, demonstrating proficiency in project management through the development and execution of a project plan. By completing these courses, participants will emerge with the competencies necessary to excel in project management roles and earn the Google Project Management Certification.
