  1. Course Objective: Google IT Support


Description: The successful participant should be able to find an entry-level position in a vendor customer service setting or internal IT support role within an organization.


Competencies to be achieved: Customer service skills, problem identification, troubleshooting and debugging, computer assembly, wireless networking, installing programs, cloud computing, encryption, system security, and system administration.
