Course Objective:
The HVAC industry continues to thrive, offering stable, rewarding career opportunities. This comprehensive program equips you with the essential skills to step confidently into entry-level HVAC roles. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- HVAC System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair common HVAC electrical components.
- Refrigerant Handling & Safety: Master the safe handling of refrigerants following industry standards.
- HVAC Tools and Techniques: Learn how to use the essential tools of the trade effectively.
Beyond technical skills, this program prepares you with critical safety knowledge, including OSHA 10 training, empowering you to recognize and prevent workplace hazards in the construction industry. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications:
- OSHA 10 Certificate – Essential workplace safety practices
- EPA Section 608 Certification – Required for handling refrigerants
- NATE Ready to Work Certificate – Recognized evidence of HVAC competency
